How We Collect Data Guest Post Articles in our Journal

  2. Contributor's Email – To confirm identities and contact contributor with any questions, is not publicly posted.
  3. Reviewer’s Name – To add validity to the article submitted, is publicly posted.
To remove your name as a guest post contributor:
Please contact us if you'd like to remove your article or if you'd like to edit or update your guest post entry.

NEWSLETTER
What we collect:
  1. E-mail address
  2. Name 
How we use it:
When you opt in to our newsletter, you are added to our newsletter list. We send out our articles, news, and other updates we believe are relevant. We may send emails on behalf of third parties, however, your email address/name is never (ever) shared.
To remove yourself from our newsletter list
There will be an unsubscribe option at the bottom of every email or you can contact Capstone World Travel.

SURVEYS
What we collect:

How we use it:
When you take a survey through Capstone World Travel, you are given the option to be added to our newsletter. If you accept, see our “Newsletter” section above for how that data will be shared. For Survey data, we publish aggregated anonymized results on Capstone World Travel—which may be shared or reproduced by third parties—however, your email address and name are not shared, nor is any identifying information.

Rarely our opt-ins have an additional checkbox asking if you would like to receive promotional emails from a third-party partner. If you check the box agreeing to receive emails from that partner, we will share your email/name with that partner.

WEBINARS
What we collect:
  1. E-mail
  2. Name
How we use it:
We collect your name and email in order to send you reminders and any follow-up information regarding the webinar you signed up for. Our webinar presenters will also have access to the information you provide (name and email). If you'd like more information on how the webinar sponsor will use your information, please reach out to their organization directly.

If you'd like to retract your name and information for a webinar:
Please email us if you'd like your information removed from a webinar. If you have already attended the webinar, and would like to remove your information from a third-party sponsor list, please reach out to that organization directly.

Public Information
We use Facebook Comments to allow users to comment on blog posts and pages. These comments are public and may be read, collected and used by anyone. You are able to delete your own comment or, if you’d like us to remove it for you, please contact Capstone World Travel.
